my style is a combination of different modalities. I incorporate Swedish, deep tissue, traditional Thai, assisted active and passive stretching, trigger point therapy. I also may use tools like cupping and myofascial blade based on our time, and your desired goals and comfort level. your session will be entirely unique to you, today.

you may undress to your comfort level for your session, as you will be covered by a sheet and blanket. 

bodywork can definitely help in the healing of many types of injury. you’ll want to check in with your physician to be on the safe side. and definitely let me know during intake.

bodywork can definitely be helpful before surgery. ask your doctor how soon after surgery you may receive bodywork.

in most cases of chronic disease and illness bodywork can be quite helpful. please check with your doctor before scheduling to make sure it’s advised.

not at this time. i keep my fees reasonable, and accept cash, credit card, venmo, HSA, and check as forms of payment. 

as much as i adore the kiddies and animals, this is your sacred time to dedicate to your health and well-being. i ask that you leave them at home so we can focus on you.

life happens! if you are running late, please just text or call me and let me know. i’m happy to honor your full session time if i am able. 

i value each of my client’s time, and want to be able to serve them to the best of my ability. if you cannot make your appointment, please call or text and cancel a day in advance to avoid a cancelation fee.

i keep my rates as affordable as possible without devaluing my work so that my services remain accessible to all. i also offer packages at a discounted rate.

you certainly can, but receiving bodywork is similar to a work out for your muscles. your session will be more effective if you give yourself some time to fully receive the work. my suggestion: drink plenty of water, have a bite, take a nap, or soak in a warm bath. 

bodywork is like a workout for your muscles- you may feel sore the next day like you did a new exercise. this is a sign that your body is adjusting to the work and finding its balance. continuing self-care after and between sessions is vital- take time to stretch, soak in a bath, apply ice or heat, foam roll or use a ball to address pain points, and hydrate. in 2-3 days your body will have fully integrated the treatment.
